TRIP DESCRIPTION: Imagine traveling to Kenya, Africa to make a difference in the lives of children, widows, and the poorest of the poor. You can make a huge impact by going to Kenya with our Love For Kenya team.  Loving on small children at an orphanage, caring for the outcast in society, the widows, coming alongside a teacher in a local public school, encouraging staff at the orphanage, and showing love to the incredible people in the local village. Imagine using your gifts and talents to bringing hope, love, compassion and Jesus to our friends in Kenya. 

PURPOSE: The build disciples through 1) Listening Prayer 2) Sharing our faith 3) Building meaningful relationships 4) Meeting felt needs 5) Responding to what God is doing. 

SPECIFIC MINISTRY: 1) Ministry to the orphans 2) Ministry to orphanage staff 3) Ministry to widows 4) Ministry in the community 5) Ministry in the public schools 6) Ministry at the medical clinic 7) Ministry in the Kibira slum and Calvary School in Nairobi for an afternoon
