W4 – Women’s Worship & Warfare Workout
Kira Dimitrov hosts this fun, energetic dance/aerobics workout, starting up again November 29, 9:30 a.m. each Thursday.
We start out with a short time in scripture and then spend about 1 hour exercising to uplifting Christian music that will get you moving and praising – working out our physical body, as well as our spiritual one. Afterwards we’ll have time for prayer and fellowship.
