Women’s Worship & Warfare Workout – W4
Kira Dimitrov hosts this fun, energetic dance/aerobics workout, beginning on September 14, from 9:30–11:30 a.m. each Thursday. We’ll spend about 45 minutes exercising to uplifting Christian music that will get you moving and praising. After working out our bodies, we will take time to refresh our soul and spirit as well. We will have a juice bar and healthy snacks, as well as small groups for prayer and encouragement.
Childcare is available for newborns through kindergarten, and homeschool gym time is available for kids in first grade and up. Space is limited.
