NEW PREREGISTRATION/PRECHECK-IN PROCESS
In an ongoing effort to make the preregistration and check-in process for Children’s Ministry easier and more efficient, we are switching to Planning Center Registrations as the software for reserving spots for your children in our weekend ministries. Follow the on-screen prompts when you click the button below. This will preregister your children. When you arrive for ministry, you will still need to check them into their classrooms and receive name tags for them. You can simply go to the nearest kids’ check-in desk and a volunteer will assist you.
If you prefer to streamline the process further, you can preregister AND precheck-in using the Church Center app on your mobile device. Simply download the app HERE, open it on your device, click on “Events” in the menu bar to preregister during the week. Then the day of your chosen worship service, open the Church Center app, click on “Checkin” in the menu bar to precheck into ministry. It will generate a QR code that can be scanned at any kids’ check-in desk to print name tags and pickup slips. Questions??? Email sara@plymouthcovenant.org

STEP 2:Â Click “Check-in” at the bottom of your screen
STEP 3: Select the children who will be attending our ministry and double check that the information shown for each is correct
STEP 4: Arrive at church and scan the generated QR code at any check-in desk to print nametags

Summer is coming and we are ready to make it count! We’re turning up the volume at VBS to remind each kid that they can have confidence because of Jesus. When kids begin to see themselves the same way that Jesus sees them, then real confidence begins to take root and grow.
We are so excited to be able to offer this VBS both in person at church, and as an online experience!

Due to capacity and ratio limitations, we will be unable to accept walk-in registrations as we have in the past.  Currently, registration is all filled up, but our waitlists are open! We are already working hard to recruit enough leaders to make room for as many VBS attendees as possible, so if you know of anyone who is willing and able to serve they can register at the link below!Â

Our church—along with the other Twin Cities Covenant Churches—supports the ministries of Covenant Pines Bible Camp in McGregor, Minnesota. Covenant Pines offers ministries for children, students, men, women and families in a variety of context year round. KIDDANCE FOR CHRIST
This is a Christian-based dance program for children. The instructor teaches children a variety of dance styles and shares how to praise Jesus through dance and movement. Dancers will have the opportunity to be part of worship services on select weekends.
HOOPS UP!
KIDS' BASKETBALL
Welcome to our new basketball ministry for 3rd and 4th grade boys and girls called Hoops Up! This is a skill building ministry wherekids can learn the basics of the game of basketball in a supportive, Christ-centered environment! Hoops Up only meets on Saturday mornings from 9-10:30am from November through February. The season includes both practices and scrimmages for fun.
