Adult Discipleship Pastor
Department: Adult Ministry
Supervisor: Executive Director
Classification: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Adult Discipleship & Spiritual Formation:
Develop and cast vision for adult ministry programs that foster spiritual growth, biblical knowledge, and practical application of faith.
Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of adult Bible studies, groups, and other spiritual formation opportunities.
Create pathways for spiritual maturity, from new believers to mature followers of Christ who make disciples.
Preach as scheduled for weekend worship services, providing biblically sound, Christ-centered messages.
Ensure equipping includes opportunities to practice disciplines that prepare them for living on Mission with Jesus in personal ministry.
Coordinate with other ministry leaders to ensure that ministry activities are aligned with the broader vision and mission of the church.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field.
Communications Manager (Part-Time, 24 Hours/week)

Plymouth Covenant Church is seeking a creative, strategic, and mission-driven Communications Manager to help us inspire people to abide in Jesus, be transformed by Him, and live on mission with Him.
This role is ideal for a communications professional who loves storytelling, digital engagement, brand development, and ministry impact. As a key member of our staff team, you will shape how our church communicates with members, guests, and the broader community through compelling messages, engaging content, and strategic communication planning.

What You'll Do
Strategic Communications Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the church's mission, vision, and values.
Partner with church leaders and ministry teams to create clear, timely, and engaging messaging.
Serve as the steward of the church brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
Provide communication resources, templates, and coaching to ministry leaders.
Digital Media & Online Presence
Provide direction for the church website to ensure content is current, engaging, and user-friendly.
Oversee and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Apply best practices in digital communication, engagement, and search optimization.
Content Creation & Project Management
Create and oversee communication plan for all church and ministry messaging.
Write, edit, and proofread content that reflects excellence and clarity.
Coordinate photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and other creative partners.
Manage the communications budget and pursue cost-effective communication solutions.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience managing websites, email communications, and social media platforms.
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Experience with web content management systems and email marketing platforms.
Project management and leadership experience.
Previous experience working in a church, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization.

Schedule & Expectations
Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week
Regular workdays: Monday–Thursday
Participation in staff meetings and occasional church events
Availability for major church celebrations and special events, including Easter, Christmas, and community outreach events

Tech Manager (Full-Time)
Plymouth Covenant Church is seeking a passionate, skilled, and mission-minded Technical Director to lead and oversee all aspects of production and technology for our worship ministries and church-wide events.
This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in live production environments, loves building teams, and wants to use their technical gifts to help create meaningful worship experiences both in-person and online.
What You’ll Do
Lead all technical production for weekend services, student ministries, and special events
Oversee audio, lighting, media, livestream, and video production systems
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteer production teams
Ensure excellence in worship production while creating a healthy and encouraging team culture
Manage and maintain church production equipment and systems
Collaborate with worship and ministry staff to support church-wide ministry goals
Support livestream and broadcast audio/video production
Help design and execute stage sets and creative environments
Technical Experience We’re Looking For
Experience in live production and church tech environments is highly valued, including:
Audio mixing (Front of House and Broadcast)
Lighting programming and operation
Video production and livestreaming
ProPresenter 7
Planning Center Online (PCO)
Troubleshooting and maintaining A/V systems
Stage design and technical setup
Experience with systems such as:
