Executive Admin & Facilities Manager
Supervisor: Executive Director
Classification: Full Time
Key Responsibilities: The Executive Admin is responsible for administrative support of the Executive Staff (Lead Pastor and Executive Director), including the management of daily schedules, correspondence (voicemail, e-mail, regular mail, etc.) and travel coordination as requested. The Facility Manager oversees all facility requests for room reservations, space setup, vendor relationships, building repairs and maintenance. This role is a full-time position.
Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Adult Discipleship Pastor
Department: Adult Ministry
Supervisor: Executive Director
Classification: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Adult Discipleship & Spiritual Formation:
Develop and cast vision for adult ministry programs that foster spiritual growth, biblical knowledge, and practical application of faith.
Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of adult Bible studies, groups, and other spiritual formation opportunities.
Create pathways for spiritual maturity, from new believers to mature followers of Christ who make disciples.
Preach as scheduled for weekend worship services, providing biblically sound, Christ-centered messages.
Ensure equipping includes opportunities to practice disciplines that prepare them for living on Mission with Jesus in personal ministry.
Coordinate with other ministry leaders to ensure that ministry activities are aligned with the broader vision and mission of the church.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field.
Elementary Kids Pastor/Director
Department: ThisGen
Supervisor: ThisGen Leader
Classification: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Ministry Program Development
Develop and lead Christ-centered, relational, and fun programs on weekends and potentially midweek for elementary kids.
Select, prepare, and distribute biblical, age-appropriate curriculum for nursery, preschool, and elementary groups.
Oversee discipleship pathway to establish a solid foundation for spiritual formation, identifying milestones for elementary kids that align with the ThisGen continuum.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field preferred.
