Incoming 9th Graders Parent Meeting
Current 8th Grade Parents please join us in the theater for a chance to meet Pastor Jonathon and learn about our vision for high schoolers here at PCC. We will talk about our ministry, events that happen throughout the school year, and the strategy behind why we do what we do!
Your current 8th grader will stay with Impact for the first part of the summer and will move up to Ignite in August! Wednesday August 14 is their welcome night at Ignite.
Plymouth at the Pines
Consider spending a weekend at Covenant Pines Bible Camp - about 2 1/2 hours north of the Twin Cities! The cost is only $40.00 for a single person or $75.00 for your entire family. This will be a great time for people of all ages. Whether you’re single or married; man, woman, or child; old or young— this retreat is for you and you are welcome.
Youth Luau
Our annual end of youth ministry celebration for both middle school and high school students!
Cost is $3 and includes dinner (taco in a bag). Students do not need to sign up but we'd LOVE to have some parents Sign up HERE to help provide some of the food (fruit, chips, popsicles) to keep the costs low.
Bringing friends is encouraged and first time friends are free!

We will talk about our ministry, events that happen throughout the school year, and the strategy behind why we do what we do! You'll get to meet other parents as well as be the first to see our summer schedule!
8th-Grade Adventure Trip
Our current 8th-grade class is invited to join us for the 8th-grade Adventure Trip this summer! This adventure and rite of passage trip will stretch students to try new things and put a deeper trust in God. We will stay at Adventurous Christians just outside the Boundary Waters and get to do a host of epic adventures (hiking, canoeing, tenting) as we talk about what it means to be a man or woman of God.
The cost of the trip will be between $675-$750 with an initial deposit of $100 that is non-refundable.

6th/7th Grade Trout Lake Camp
We have the opportunity to take a group of 6th and 7th-grade students to Trout Lake camp this summer and join the service team for the week. Our students will get to serve in the kitchen, work crew, or behind the scenes to help campers have a great experience and learn more about Jesus.
Total cost will be $150. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is due at the time of sign up. We will have a meeting with the participants on Wednesday April 24th during Impact.
There are limited spots so sign up by April 14th.
Senior High All Nighter
Dinner, Breakfast, Snacks, Drinks, Laser Tag, & more!!!
You must arrive no later than 9pm (doors lock at 9:01pm). If you need to leave early, you must leave by 12AM.
Breakfast is served at 7:30AM.

Quest Retreat
Mother/Daughter or Father/Son Retreat
Gals in 4th-6th Grade
Guys in 5th-7th Grade
(The different grades for our guys and gals is trying to align with the fact that gals mature/develop earlier than guys)
This retreat aims to connect parents with their student and open up conversations about issues of identity in Christ, how God created our bodies, sex, and how God has called us to live.
The cost of the retreat is $30 and the meeting times are Friday night 6:30-9:30pm and Saturday 9am-3:30pm.
We also will hold a parents' meeting on Sunday, March 10, from 9-10am in our Theater. We will give you a book and prepare you for the weekend.
Middle School All Nighter
Join us for 14 hours of crazy fun where sleep is optional but getting more connected with others and God is not. Along with our favorite church games - dodgeball, TIGER, and capture the flag - we also are headed offsite for the first part of the night to tube at Elm Creek in Maple Grove!
Friends are welcome and the cost of the evening is $12.

Reconnect
Parents of middle schoolers, join us for Impact as we continue our conversation about media overload. Guest Speaker Kelly Pittman will share some of her wisdom about the effects of screens on our brain. Kelly is a passionate follower of Jesus, a brain training specialist working within the field of neurofeedback, as well as a parent who navigated screens/tech with her own children. We are excited for students and parents to get to discuss this important topic together!
Student Christmas Parties
Middle and High School youth, join us for our Christmas parties! There will be snacks, games and Christmas fun. Wear something Christmas-y and invite a friend!
No registration required - just show up!
Reconnect
All middle school parents are invited to join us at Impact for “RECONNECT.” Join us for our whole night to worship and learn together. We will be looking at how easy it is for sports and hobbies to rule our lives, instead of seeing them as a way to be on mission for Jesus. If a parent is not available to come, we still want students to join us!
High School Apologetics Conference

"Man or Maker, Who Says Who You Are?"
Man says “You’re just comic dust. There’s no grand plan for you, you decide how to live, you do you.” Our Maker tells a different story. Before He made you, He knew you. He breathed life into you. He loves you because He made you and you are His. At the Reality Conference, you will hear how God knows the true you and He wants you to hear what He has to tell you. Block out the world’s noise and listen to your Maker.

High School Fall Retreat
High School students will be headed up to Covenant Pines Bible Camp for the Sr. High Fall Retreat! This is a great time to get to know others and be challenged to grow.

We will depart Friday at 9:30am and will return on Sunday at 3:45pm. Go directly to Covenant Pines - if you would like transportation, PCC is a bus stop.
Middle School Fall Retreat
PCC Middle school youth will be going to Camp Shamineau for our Fall retreat this year! We love getting away at the start of the year to help build deeper connections and trust amongst our group. Our students will also be challenged to grow in their walk with God.
Cost:
$150* Early Bird by August 31
$170 Full Price Sept 1-15
*Scholarships are available upon request for those who meet the early bird deadline.
We will leave at 4:45 PM on Friday and return at 2 PM on Sunday.
Students need to bring a 'dinner in a bag' to eat on the bus ride on Friday night as camp does not provide dinner. Then lunch on Sunday we will stop at a fast food place on the way home and this is included in the cost of the registration.
Students need a current PCC Medical Release and Permission Form on File (completed between June, 2023 and present). If you have not done one already, please complete. The link will be in your confirmation email.
There is also a Shamineau release form that will need to be filled out.
Confirmation Meeting
8th grade parents/students SAVE the date for our fall meeting to make sure everyone is on the same page about our confirmation ministry!
6th Grade Group Night
6th Graders! Join Pastor Annie to get connected with your new small group through teambuilding and fun. The 7th and 8th graders will join our group the following week, September 13, for the first "Impact" Wednesday night.
Ignite Lake Night BBQ
Join us for our end of summer celebration with dinner, tubing/swimming, games & more. Cost is FREE! This year we will be at Tyler Steinkopf's house (address to the left).
